QNM Services started as a painting crew working on residential complexes around Roodepoort and Randburg. Clients kept asking the same question after every repaint: could we also handle the cleaning and the plastering repairs before we picked up a brush? Eventually we said yes properly, and built dedicated cleaning and building teams around the same standards and the same project managers.
Today QNM Services works across three disciplines — painting, cleaning and building & maintenance — for body corporates, facilities managers, developers and homeowners across Johannesburg and Gauteng. We keep the same site supervisor from quote to handover, whichever trade the job needs.
Every project runs under Health & Safety Act compliance with an independent safety officer, and every job is signed off against an independent quality checklist before we call it complete.
